Get your free vouchers in 5 easy steps

1. Sign up on our website or email education@whsmith.co.uk by 30th July 2021 – our schools team will be in touch to set up your school account.
2. We’ll provide you with a simple and customised template to email to parents containing all the necessary information.
3. Parents can shop at any of our high street stores or online at whsmith.co.uk; they will need to use your school’s unique barcode when making a purchase.
4. We will then give your school 10% back on all eligible purchases* made in the form of digital achievement reward vouchers.
5. You will receive your school’s account summary at the end of the promotional period together, and this will contain your FREE digital vouchers.

The Small Print

*Eligible purchases include any spend on books and stationery items from the 1st June 2021 to 30th September 2021 inclusive.

1. This FREE digital achievement reward school scheme is open to any school in England, Wales & Scotland.

2. To sign up to the scheme visit www.whsmith.co.uk/school-rewards and follow the steps indicated.

3. Once your school has signed up to the scheme you will be allocated a unique barcode and promotional material to circulate to your parents and guardians.

4. To earn the digital vouchers for your school, the parents/guardians must either enter the barcode when they shop on whsmith.co.uk or print the barcode and take it to be scanned with any items purchased in any WHSmith highstreet store (excluding concessions, stores located in airports, hospitals, motorway service stations, rail, London underground sites, WHSmith Local stores or WHSmith franchise stores).

5. Your school will earn 10% of the value of any books or stationery (excluding toys, games and computing) purchased during the stated redemption period 1st June 2021 – 30th September 2021.

6. In October 2021 you will be contacted by WHSmith and given a statement of spend allocated to your unique school barcode and 10% value as digital achievement reward vouchers (schools can choose the denominations that they require) that can either be spent on books or stationery for the school or printed and handed out of students as achievement rewards to spend online at WHSmith.co.uk or in a WHSmith highstreet store.

7. Achievement rewards are subject to availability, WHSmith reserve the right to fulfil the reward with WHSmith gift cards at their discretion.
