Dr. Mahendra Kumar Shrivas is heading various smart governance projects as a Project Lead at the Centre for Smart Governance (CSG), Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (E-Governance), Government of Karnataka, Bangalore, India and is a senior member of IEEE with over fifteen years of experience in Academics, Industries, and Research work in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science (Blockchain Technologies) from the Central University of Nicaragua. He is also contributing as a reviewer, technical program committee & editorial board member of various reputed International Journals/Conferences such as IEEE, IGI Global, etc. He has got prestigious awards for notable services and contributions towards the advancement of IEEE and the Engineering Professions in 2018 & 2020 by the IEEE Ghana Section, along with best trainer and faculty awards from NIIT and Sikkim Manipal University respectively. He has trained more than 8000 Computer Science and Information Technology Engineers in the advanced software engineering practices, technologies and tools in India and Abroad.
