He worked for many years at Motoring News (weekly newspaper) and Motor Sport (monthly magazine) and more recently as a freelance journalist, usually with Ford matters to the fore. He also worked for Ford in Britain and Germany during the 1970s and raced Escort, Capri, Fiesta and Sierra Cosworth derivatives until 2000. His varied 1967-2019 Ford driving experiences range from Fiesta to GT40, via V8 'Supervans' and America's Mustangs and Thunderbirds, all for print media or TV advertising roles
